Dr. Regan also completed a residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Cincinnati. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. David A. Bulot earned both his Doctorate of Dental Surgery and his Doctorate of Medicine degrees from Louisiana State University health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
